Tinctures

£7.50 for 100ml Tinctures are made from herbs that have been soaked in alcohol to extract their constituents. The alcohol content varies between 25% to 45%, with a few being 96%. Different strengths of alcohol extract different constituents, so the strength is carefully matched to the herb. They are very concentrated, with 5ml being roughly the equivalent of a cup of herbal tea.
I supply tinctures containing a mix of herbs formulated to help relieve conditions that are safe to self-treat. If these do not help or you have a different condition then a consultation is recommended to take your full history, this will facilitate a more accurate diagnosis of the underlying cause of the symptoms and a personal prescription can be formulated.
The ingredients in each mix may vary according to seasonal supply. The tincture will still have the same actions.
